  • Refund Policy

    Nexus Digital 360's refund policy is outlined as follows:

    • You have selected a special package.
    • The primary design concept has been approved.
    • Revisions have been requested.
    • Cancellation is unrelated to the company.
    • There has been no contact with the company for more than 2 weeks regarding the project.
    • Company policies have been violated.
    • Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project.
    • The creative brief lacks the required information.
    • A complete design change has been requested.
    • The refund request exceeds the specified period.
    • The business is closing, changing its name, or undergoing other changes.

    Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as 'change of mind,' 'disagreement with a partner,' or other non-service-related issues.
    Refunds are applicable only to the specific dissatisfactory service for service bundles, not the entire bundle.
    Refund requests will not be considered after 15 days from the date of purchase.
    Certain services, including Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting, are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
    In the case of websites, refunds will not be considered once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
    The money-back guarantee applies only if the client rejects the initial designs. If additional design concepts or modifications are requested, and a refund is sought after this point, Nexus Digital 360 may deduct 33% of the total billing amount for incurred service delivery costs, including processing fees and management charges.
    Note: Nexus Digital 360 retains the authority to reject any project or terminate the contract at its discretion. In the event of a refund, you lose all rights to use the designs for any purpose; they become the exclusive property of Nexus Digital 360. The company assumes rightful ownership of the designs.
